1. Where is the Mr. Chill & Mr. Fluffy Online shop based?
Our office is located in Belgium, Europe, in the city of Brussels, which is the capital of Belgium. The Brussels-Capital Region is located in the central portion of the country and is a part of both the French community of Belgium and the Flemish community. Actually, did you know Belgium has three official languages: Dutch, French and German? But no worries, our online shop is in English.
2. Where are your products shipped from?

Standard shipping fees & Free Shipping depend on the country of destination. The Mr. Chill & Mr. Fluffy Online Shop does not deliver to all countries worldwide due to logistic constraints for specific countries. Please consult us if your country does not appear at checkout. Contact page
3. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

4. How can I pay for my order?
The Mr. Chill & Mr. Fluffy Online Shop currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact and PayPal. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The different possibilities of payment, depend also in which country you do your order from. The payment options that we accept in your country are automatically visible in the check-out.
5. How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days for Benelux (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg), 5 till 8 business days for the rest of Europe. Outside Europe: maximum 15-20 business days.
6. How can I check the status of my order?
The Mr. Chill & Mr. Fluffy online shop offers FREE SHIPPING for subtotal orders from €70 to countries mentioned in the list here under, except to some countries and continents for which free shipping is given for orders from €90, €100 or €150. Delivery times vary from one country to the other. The Mr. Chill & Mr. Fluffy online shop relies on its logistic providers as well as on postal services abroad and can't therefore be hold as responsible in case of late deliveries or other issues due to external factors. The Mr. Chill & Mr. Fluffy online shop does its best to respect the indicative delivery times communicated on its website and to provide a good customer service to its clients. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link, allowing you to trace online your order through the tracking service platform of our logistic providers (Bpost and DHL) depending on the country of destination.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.
8. Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
9. How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 14 days of purchase. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.
10. What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition. Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. 11. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, the rest it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
12. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse(s). We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. 15. Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing may vary between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found in the images of each product. The specified sizing is in centimetres and in inches; taken with the item lying flat.
16. How do I take care of our 100% premium cotton T-shirt?

17. What are the benefits of 100% cotton?
100% premium cotton has many advantages, such as its ability to control moisture, insulate, provide comfort and it is also hypoallergenic, weather-proof and is a durable fabric. Cotton is naturally absorbent and doesn't show perspiration like synthetics do and it helps keep you dry naturally. It doesn't irritate your skin and unlike synthetic materials, lets your skin breathe easy.
18. Can you machine wash 100% cotton?
You can wash our 100% premium cotton garments and textiles by hand or by machine. Cool water, gentle laundry detergent, and air drying are the best ways to prevent shrinking, wrinkling, and fading.
19. And what is NFC?
NFC (Near Field Communication) is a wireless connectivity technology based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) enabling contactless communication between a reader and a tag. A tag is a small electronic component that can be embedded in the labels of clothing and footwear items, such as jackets, t-shirts, dresses, shoes etc. Adding an NFC tag to an object connects it to the digital world. Implementing NFC allows fashion brands to track their products around the world, ensure their authenticity, and create a direct two-way communication channel with consumers via their smartphone, used as an NFC reader.
20. What do we use it for?
Aside from ensuring the authenticity of your adopted T-shirt; we have configured the specific website URL of each t-shirt into the tag, and by simply "tapping" the NFC-enabled object with your smartphone (bringing the mobile phone and the tag in close proximity), you can find out more about your favourite T-shirt before and after the purchase (stock availability, recommended products etc). By opting for NFC, we are bringing our bros and sisters into a new era of a digital experience!
